Connection
The Owasso Chamber makes connection a core part of its mission by offering plenty of ways for members to meet, work together, and build relationships that grow both business and community. Through committees and task forces like the Ambassador Committee, Redbud Days planning team, Annual Awards Gala group, and other event volunteer roles, members get hands-on chances to collaborate, share ideas, and meet new people while making a difference locally. These involvement options help business leaders build real relationships, expand their networks, support each other, and stay plugged into what is happening in Owasso.
Education
The Owasso Chamber supports small businesses and individuals through education that builds confidence, skills, and long term growth. Programs like Leadership Owasso give participants hands on insight into local leadership, government, and community systems while developing practical leadership abilities and strong relationships. In addition, the Chamber hosts workshops, business education sessions, and professional development events that cover real world topics like business growth, financial knowledge, and day to day operations. Together, these opportunities help entrepreneurs, professionals, and future leaders continue learning, growing, and thriving in Owasso.
Advocacy
The Owasso Chamber stands up for business and community interests by connecting members with the process of government and public policy through its Advocate Owasso program. This initiative brings local businesses, citizens, and organizations together with elected officials so they can better understand how legislative decisions affect the region and make their voices heard. Work groups modeled after state legislative committees help develop annual policy priorities that the Chamber shares with local, state, and federal leaders, and regular legislative luncheons give members direct updates from senators, congress members, and other leaders on key issues. Beyond legislative engagement, the Chamber also advocates for quality education, improved transportation infrastructure like expanded US 169, and programs that support economic development, workforce growth, and business success.
